What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the business development as well as account management on behalf of our client for the entire states of Oregon and Washington. The qualified candidate will have a significant & proven business development track record in the LMR/P.25 sales & business development arena focused on municipalities & state governments.

What you need to qualify:
Proven successful experience in LMR Business Development focused on government based clients
Demonstrated strong background in LMR technology
Experience in NEW Client development in the states of Oregon & Washington
Experience with P25 Digital Simulcast Systems and technologies associated with specific P25 vendor solutions
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information.

Notes about our Client & Compensation:
Although, this role is responsible for the states mentioned, a candidate does not necessarily have to be located there to attain this position. Ideally, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oregon and or Washington candidates can be considered due to the location of our client. HOWEVER MUST HAVE current or recent experience in selling LMR services for the state of Oregon and Washington
Compensation plan: $110-$120 K base pay with W-2 hitting numbers $200K Plus! There is a commission structure on existing accounts/account maintenance, as well as a significant percentage of the new business development, which pushes salary even higher.
