Our client is a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of a specific range of Personal Protective Equipment. Their industrial safety line is used in manufacturing, construction, mining, transportation, public utilities, aviation, and many more potentially hazardous environments. They are seeking a hard-charging results-driven professional Territory Sales Manager to be based in Alabama covering a territory consisting of Alabama, southern Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. The candidate will be spending most of their time developing strong working relationships with key accounts; training and evaluating distributors and making end user calls to “pull the product through” the distribution channel.
The ideal candidate MUST have previous industrial PPE sales experience. Also, it is important to have experience working with a distributor network and be able to demonstrate successes selling into large industrial accounts. If you are a self-motivated high achiever with a competitive attitude and are proficient in developing strong customer relationships, this position is for you! Successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce CRM. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
