POSITION: Service and Inventory Coordinator
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC
International company selling CNC machines into the wood working industry is expanding quickly and needs a strong Service and Inventory Coordinator.
Individual will be responsible for organizing and managing spare parts inventory, coordinating logistics for machine and spare parts deliveries.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized, proactive and able to work independently while communicating with various departments as needed.
(Military Veterans with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
Maintain accurate spare parts inventory.
Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and place orders with headquarters/suppliers.
Receive new product/parts and physically store items.
Track all spare parts and machine drop shipments
Process spare part orders and ship in-stock items to customers.
Work with team leads in building processes to improve customer service response times.
Direct sales and technical service calls to the appropriate personnel.
Work with warehouse safety through compliance with OSHA regulations.
Clerical and administrative support activities and special projects as directed and requested by supervisor.
BS/BA or Associates degree in business administration, logistics, or relevant field required.
Experience having worked in a Parts or Inventory environment
Forklift operating license or ability to obtain one.
