Currently in search of a Corporate Sales Trainer (Contractor) specializing in Salesforce.com to join their Travel Network Global Sales Effectiveness team to support their roll out of SFDC.  This team member will be primarily responsible for the Americas region (North & Latin America) but drive and collaborate with colleagues globally.  This truly is a unique opportunity to join and support a transformational project.
 
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the delivery of SFDC training and has served as a subject matter expert on the CRM.  We’re seeking someone who sets a high bar for the quality of their work.
 
SFDC Corporate Sales Trainer Duties
•           Delivers SFDC training classes to sales teams, technical sales teams and leaders
•           Applies a blended learning approach when appropriate for training program initiatives: live class, virtually and recording on demand
•           Tracks attendance and reports class completion
•           Conducts needs assessments and “spot checks” to ensure consistent global adoption CRM roll out
•           Reports and measures enablement program progress as well as provides recommendations for further adoption
•           Manage local training class logistics when needed
•           Develop strong relationship and rapport with the sales teams supported
•           Supports Instructional Designers in the creation of Elearning and other On Demand training content and courseware
•           Serve as a SFDC Subject Matter Expert to help develop SFDC student / instructor guides and end-user job aides
 
SFDC Corporate Sales Trainer Requirements / Qualifications / Competencies
•           Bachelor’s Degree
•           Salesforce Sales Cloud certified – Preferred
•           Experience with SFDC Lightening
•           Minimum of 2 years training sales teams or other end-users on SFDC
•           5+ years training sales teams (sales tools, product, skills, methodology, process and the alike)
•           Experience in the creation of SFDC training content such as step-by-step guides
•           Certifications in Miller Heiman’s Conceptual / Strategic Selling or has delivered sales methodology training is a plus
•           Prior B2B sales training experience preferably in technology, airline, hospitality, travel agency / industries
•           Former experience in B2B sales (technology, airline, hospitality, travel agency / industries) strongly preferred
•           Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience strongly preferred
•           Experience in Adult Learning Principles / Theory
•           Works autonomously as well in a team environment
•           Effective communicator / facilitator / collaborator
•           Strong project management skills who is proactive, collaborative and meets deadlines
•           Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
•           Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
•           Domestic and international travel might be required for this role
•           Role based in Southlake, Texas USA
