In this exciting position, you will perform administrative activities assisting several business units. This will consist of:
Tracking and reporting various business functions
Assisting with research and execution of marketing projects including responding to social media
Assisting in the coordination of trade shows locally and nationally while occasionally attending to ensure the objectives of the trade show setup are met.
Coordination of travel and other activities for the local team and related associates
Assisting vendors/customers to help support their needs
An Associate's Degree (higher preferred)
3-5 years of Administrative Experience
Marketing Experience a Plus
Availability to work occasional trade shows
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and proofreading) to meet Sales and Service expectations, as well as to work effectively with internal / external customers and partners
Demonstrated sound organizational and project coordination skills producing high quality work.
Proficient skillset in Microsoft office products.
Excellent customer focus, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Must be also able to work with minimal supervision.
Professional presence to meet with external partners and customers.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proven job reliability, diligence and high attention to detail are also important.
