Your role within this organization: will be to expand the company’s presence in the market with new and existing customers. You will prospect for new clients and generate new business based on sales forecasts, grow existing accounts through excellent client-customer relationships and support. This position allows you to use your expertise in rigid packaging to offer sales solutions that add value for the customers in the industrial, chemical, and food and beverage markets. Their core expertise is manufacturing tubs, buckets, pails, and drums.
To be successful in this role:  Experience with plastics packaging and solution selling is important.
  • 7 years or more in selling rigid packaging – injection molding, blow molding, or similar, but must be selling into the territories listed above.
  • Proven hunter mentality but will consider relevant experience.
  • Proven success in developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts by knowing the process and offering solutions.
  • Highly motivated, independent and self-sufficient leader that can be detail orientated to get the job done and take care of the customer.
Position can be performed from a remote location and does not require relocation, provided the individual resides in the territory preferably close to the Chicago market – IL, WI, MN, IN, IA
