Fitness Center Manager - Jackson, MS area
Provide leadership and supervision to the Front Desk staff, Childcare, EVS, and maintenance and upkeep of the facility. Provide the highest level of customer service to prospects, guests and center members, as related to facility and membership information, enrollment procedures, on-going customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects through completion with high level of organizational skill, efficiency and goal attainment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient writing and computer skills required. Excellent sales skills. Ability to work with members and all team members in a professional, positive, service focused manner. Present a positive public image of the center by practicing healthy lifestyle behaviors and promoting wellness.
High school diploma or GED required. Plus two (2) years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing or health/fitness related field preferred. 2-5 years supervisory experience required. 2-5 years sales experience preferred.
