We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for a publicly traded company, a global manufacturer and a leader within their industry. The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in the history of their company as they move forward in developing the electronic B2B channel of their customer service and sales departments.  

  • Manage and lead team of Customer Service/Sales Employees (20+)
  • Make it as easy as possible to place electronic orders
  • Focus on customers and develop plan to expand these electronic relationships (Distribution, OEM's and Web based channels)
  • Oversee/coordinate the transition from a customer support department to a customer sales department
  • Handle daily supervision and coaching.
  • Handle and assist in transition from a manual environment to an electronic environment
  • Hands-on involvement in all aspects of customer service.
  • Develop managerial / leadership skills of team leads / representatives.
  • Monitor, track and enforce departmental policies, procedures and goals.
  • Review reports and take appropriate action.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Prior management experience in leading a successful Customer Service Team.
  • 5 - 7 year’s experience required
