The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the Sales Enablement industry or has worked with sales training teams.  Seeking someone who can move at the speed of the requirements and coordinate with colleagues globally.  We’re seeking someone who sets a high bar for the quality of their work.
Learning Coordinator Duties:
•           Administer a Learning Management System (CallidusCloud Litmos) to manager sales team rosters, reporting and create live training registration / calendar management
•           Own multiple training coordination projects end-to-end
•           Coordinate with colleagues globally to support training class logistics
•           Responsible for meeting local/regional needs
•           Track and report on training class completion in the LMS
•           Manage local training class logistics
•           Collaborate with Global Sales Effectiveness, Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing colleagues
Learning Coordinator Requirements / Qualifications:
•           Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
•           2+ years working with sales enablement / learning teams managing training coordination projects such as product and skills training classes
•           Experience in administering Learning Management Systems such as CallidusCloud’s Litmos or similar
•           Strong project management skills who is proactive, collaborative and meets/exceeds deadlines
•           Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
