Currently, we are
part-time Business Development Manager
focus on developing new clients and growing relationships
for direct hire positions.
This role will work remote.
Develop new and existing strategies that source and qualify clients, identify decision makers,
client relationships, build relationships with internal recruiters, market candidates, identify cross-selling opportunities and schedule client visits.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop proposals for prospective clients
Negotiate terms of business and rates
Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
Attention to detail, time management,
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
3-5 Business-to-Business documented sales experience
BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
