Currently, we are 
recruiting for a part-time Business Development Manager that will focus on developing new clients and growing relationships for direct hire positions.
This role will work remote.
  • Develop new and existing strategies that source and qualify clients, identify decision makers, establishing client relationships, build relationships with internal recruiters, market candidates, identify cross-selling opportunities and schedule client visits.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop proposals for prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms of business and rates
  • Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Attention to detail, time management, and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • 3-5 Business-to-Business documented sales experience
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
