Account Manager - Houston
Role/Responsibility: Responsible for rapid business expansion within an account (or group of accounts). Performing the role of customer’s representative in the account.
Specifically growing a client or a select client group ( located in geographical proximity to each other) with clearly established top line and bottom line targets.
Will need to market, cross-sell, up-sell the company’s service offerings and solutions to the customer/ client group in order to achieve this
Responsible for managing account relationship with key decision makers/influencers at the customer end
Ability to align service offerings/solutions per customer's business dynamic
Be able to create a strong positioning/context for the company as a preferred business partner
Responsible for overall account to include work quality, customer satisfaction & complementary partnerships
Should be able to create strategic plan for the account & executes it effectively
Demonstrate opportunity insight & proactive solutioning
Collaborate for joint solutioning with different teams within and outside the company
Ability to demonstrate business value delivered to the customer
Enterprise solutions Selling experience
Knowlegde of ERP, Digital, AMS services
Excellent presentation/Negotiation skills.
Flair for Market Competitive analysis/Technology
Strong quantitative aptitude
