- Successful candidate must have experience selling complex solutions in HR for Large/Major accounts
- Successful candidate must currently reside in the Charlotte area
- Appx 10% overnight travel, most customers are in Charlotte/North Carolina
Market and sell our suite of services to existing accounts and well as prospecting and acquiring new clients. Develop relationships with potential and current referral sources. Develop rapport and evaluate the business calling on C-Suite/CHRO, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
