Our Client is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated A&D outside salesperson to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high stress environment while meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Sales experience in specialty building materials, millwork, doors and windows is required. This position offers excellent income potential, as well as many training and growth opportunities.
Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop action plans by:
Researching and developing lists of potential customers: Design/Build firms, Architects, Remodelers, Interior Designers, etc.
Following up on leads and calling on prospective as well as established customers
Developing sales and marketing proposals for customers
Performing estimates and inputting orders
Required Knowledge Or Skills
Well developed sales skills
General knowledge of building material applications
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Well developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Basic math and measurement skills
Must pass initial drug screen and criminal background check, and possess a valid driver's license.
