I am currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative for a client of mine; a pioneer in least privilege management, helping organizations to deploy secure and compliant desktops. Their security product allows users to run applications with standard user rights on Windows desktops, laptops and Windows servers.
Position: Senior Sales Representative (Enterprise Security Software for the Windows Platform)
Location: Andover, MA
Reports to: SVP Sales
Compensation: 80K - 100K Base, 100K at plan, $200K total OTE comp, Healthcare

Ideal Candidate:
The successful Senior Sales Representative must be an eager and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and superior sales abilities. Must have a proven recent track record of over 10 years of overachieving quota, have superior ability to close sales to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets. The candidate will be skilled at prospecting for new business by making outbound calls, follow up on incoming leads, and provide activities necessary to exceed sales revenue targets.
Function:
- Close sales revenue in territory;
- Drive key sales pipeline activities such as webinars and evaluations;
- Work well with other company individuals to assist in driving the sales effort.
- Ability to leverage CRM Software
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience in a recent sales capacity exceeding quota, preferably with a security software company.
- Bachelors degree
- A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills;
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to expand and maintain business by working with accounts to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives;
- Maintain superior relationships with contacts and decision makers
Education:
- Bachelors degree is required
Certifications:
- Sales training such as Miller Heiman, Spin Selling, etc.
